Who we are

What we collect, and when

We collect very little, and only in two situations.

When you contact us

If you call, email, or submit a form, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, phone number, email address, business name, and a description of what you need. We use this to respond to you and to determine whether we are a fit. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with other contractors.

When you browse the site

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — which are used for security and to keep the site working. If you submit a form, we also store the page that referred you and your browser's user agent string, so we know which pages actually produce inquiries.

What we don't do

• — We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• — We do not share inquiry details with other contractors. Leads we generate are exclusive by design; sharing them would defeat the product.
• — We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
• — We do not attempt to identify individual visitors who have not contacted us.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of third parties to operate this site. Each may process limited data on our behalf:

• — Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• — Neon — database storage for inquiries you submit.
• — Resend — sending confirmation and reply emails.
• — Google — if you arrive from Google Search, aggregate performance data is available to us through Google Search Console. This does not identify you individually.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes — for example if we add analytics or conversion tracking — this policy will be updated before the change goes live, and a consent notice will be shown where required.

How long we keep things

Inquiry records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis by our host. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@geoapex.io and we will respond within a reasonable time. Residents of California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom may have additional statutory rights; we will honour valid requests under those laws.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
